Dear Fellows I am working in the research on boundary layers in general and oscillatory boundary layers in particular. Unfortunately wherever I studied the commercial codes were not available due to the investment involved or lack of confidence of my advisor on the commercial codes. Eventually I had to develop all my programs. It took long time but I have the confidence about my programs and I know the limitations therein as well. So my knowledge about these codes is zero. I want to study the CFD codes avaialble as freeware or shareware. Would anyone provide some information about the websites providing this type of codes? I am mostly interested in the source codes in order to understand the limitations of the code and theory involved. Thanks

try Fluent web site fluent.com to see if you can register online. dig into it. I don't think they will release code to un-licensed users. call them or e-mail them to see how much help you can get on the theory behind. there is another web site you may want to try: http://www.beilke-cfd.de/ hope it can help you. best regards
