Default How to implement shear stress boundary condition?

Zubair959 is on a distinguished road
While implementing k-epsilon turbulence model. You need to give shear stress boundary condition ( while normal stresses are zero) to momentum equation.
How do I make sure that velocity on the surface is zero and I implement stress boundary condition?
