Hello folks,
Actually, I have developed a psedu-spectral homogeneous turbulence code and for post processing I would like to look at <U^2_x+U^2_y>_H versus Z direction. That said I need to sum velocity in x and y for all z direction in Fourier domain and then inverse it back to real domain. However my code is parallel and this type of summation for all values in z direction is though. I wonder if any one can give me some leads. Thank you. |
