Default pressure boundary conditions

I am using colocated grid for computations. The grid is 2D and cartesian. The boundary is curved. Each point on the boundary is an intersection of vertical and horizontal grid lines. The boundary points are also nodes. The first two mesh spacings from the boundary are unequal in either direction. What pressure correction boundary condition should be used on the boundary and on the inside solid-fluid interface ? (The computational domain is doubly-connected with a plane solid body inside).
