Default Continuity equation for Multiphase flows?

Hi, I'm new to multiphase flows. How does one write continuity for multiphase flows, especially when there is condensation and evaporation? E.g. How do I deal with mass conservation for humid air that condenses some water due to very high pressures and then evaporates it when the pressure falls?
