I assume your temasek lab means ASTAR lab, yes found that ASTAR only employ ppl with either master or PHD holders, not normal degree engineer like me. How sad. I expect NUS and DSO to be the same situation (unless u disagree). anyway, they arent advertising for cfd engineers.

there is a company call aqua blu technologies advertising for engineer (CFD), but it didnt reply me when i wrote to it. Anyone any idea?

I think you will probably find that it is the same globally, without a PhD or at the very least a masters you will really struggle to find your way into CFD, you will probably be ok if you have a lot of industrial CFD experience but the key is that you need to prove that you have the knowledge, without one of the three you will struggle and your best bet to get into the industry (if you dont want to go via the accademic route) is to find a general engineering job with a little CFD experience, then try and build the experience up.

Not everywhere. Maybe you are thinking about research, but for application of CFD for aerodynamic design, you shouldn't have too much trouble getting a job even without a Masters ...at least in the US.

Aerodynamics design with CFD experience --- Yes.

CFD Analyst --- No! Minimum master degree in US.
