TVD ...

Dear all,
Does anyone know if the Super-C and Hyper-C schemes satisfies the TVD requirement? They certainly don't satisfy Sweby's TVD diagrams limits, but Leonard (1991, The ULTIMATE conservative difference scheme) suggests that the TVD region of Sweby is 'over-restrictive'. Does this mean Sweby's TVD region does not emcompass all of the actual TVD region? Leonard's work was based on the NVD diagram. For those who can help, any commments would be much appreciated. J. |
