may i know if there are books which guides one to write a cfd code, with emphasis more on the style/organisation instead of focusing on the theory/numerical mtds?

tks

If you are interested in how to develop a cfd code from a software engineering point of view, the following are some good ref.:

Scientific and Engineering C++ : An Introduction with Advanced Techniques and Examples by John J. Barton, Lee R. Nackman

C++ and Object-oriented Numeric Computing for Scientists and Engineers by Daoqi Yang

Modern C++ Design: Generic Programming and Design Patterns Applied. Addison Wesley Professional. by Alexandrescu, A.

Czarnecki, K.: Generative Programming: Principles and Techniques of Software Engineering Based on Automated Configuration and Fragment-Based Component Models. Dissertation, TU Ilmenau, 1998.

If your in interest is unstructured grid and specially FEM this can be good book (description of various possible data structure and solver implementation):

Lohner, R. Applied CFD Techniques: An Introduction Based on Finite Element Methods

If you are interested in structured grid and are bigineer read the Peric's book (has related source code, availible online): Ferziger, J. and Peric, M. Computational Methods for Fluid Dynamics
