Default axis singularity for cylindrical coordinates

Hi, Is there anyone who has experience with the axis singularity for cylindrical Navier-Stokes? I m actually interested in methods based on the expansion of Fourier coefficients, but I have not fully understood the method. If sombedy replies, I ll explain my doubts in detail Thanks,
