Any truth to the rumor that ansys is shopping cfx around to try to get around the FTC antitrust issues regarding the fluent purchase?
If so, who are the likely purchasers? |

Ansys recently published a note about amending their original filing to give the government more time to look at the application. http://phx.corporate-ir.net/phoenix....5904&highlight= You can bet that the reason is because of possible antitrust issues but I have not heard that any decisions have been made by anyone. Certainly that is a very possible outcome to have to divest CFX.
