Hello folks,
I'm looking for an open source LES model for compressible flow using unstructured mesh. I wonder if anyone here can give me some leads. Thank you. |

Implementing an explicit LES model into a code is pretty easy compared to setting up a code from scratch, you should look into open source unstructured code instead!
If you are interested in incompressible flows, google "nek5000" ! They have some extension to weakly compressible flows, maybe that will help you. We have a fully compressible solver for LES, but it will be some time before anyone can find the time to make it open source....but openFOAM and DUNE should give you what you need! try googling these! |
