if we introduce a particle( say some light weight which can flow with fluid),another fluid say water is flowing, in this case can we simulate the position of particle with respect to time,(particle in the path of flow)
if anybody has some experience regarding this please help

you can find a lot of literature for this problem, if your particles are of vanishing mass, then you can simply use the Lagrangian equation otherwise I suggest to read papers about the Maxey model
