Help! Oscillating velocity residual for steady flow

Hi guys, I developed a finite volume code to calculate the steady flow in a cascade. I used multi-block H-O-H mesh. I got really oscillating residuals for velocity u, v, but the pressure residual is smooth (see the figure). The solution did not diverge at the end of the calculation, instead, it converged and the velocity residual oscillation decreased during the computational process. It is really weird, and I am not sure if my code has bug. Can you guys help me ? Thanks!
