can someone help me in finding the dynamic equation of transient state of opening of a butterfly valve.

e.g.

in no load condition the valve opens in "x" sec. but load applied how the time of opening of the valve will vary?

A quick help will be highly appriciated.

Thanks in advance.

Best!

C.K.
