Default how to find the talor micro scale from DNS data

Hi Friends, i have very confusing question in finding out the integral length scale and Taylor microscale. No doubt by integration of the autocorrelation , we are getting integral lenght scales, then how to find out the Taylor microscale, in Pope book he is giving by using velocity correlations,, what exact procedure to find out Taylor microscale
