Hi all,
I am rather new to workbench. I am usingmainly Fluent within workbench environment using a remote solver machine for the calculations. In Fluent, after initialisation, and setting up the residual monitor, you run the calculation and you can monitor residuals in real time whilst it runs. In workbench using the remote solver, I cannot find how to show residuals in real time. Anyone has any pointers? Cheers |

I guess you solved it in the meanwhile but maybe it'll be useful to someone else :P
You need to go (from the workbench) in Tools->Options->Fluent->Enable Solution Monitoring->OK. Then you can right-click on the Solution tab and click on Show Solution Monitoring. |

That's correct.
But actually ANSYS solved it. At the time of posting, I was using workbench v14.0 - the functionality of keeping track of monitors on a remote machine was only introduced with v14.5 - for the record! Thanks for posting! |
