How to build GRUMMP under Windows 7 64bit + VS2010?

Dear all,
I will try the mesher GRUMMP and I got latest version 0.6.5 from here: ftp://tetra.mech.ubc.ca/pub/GRUMMP/GRUMMP.tar.gz After extract the code I found a VS project GRUMMP.sln and then I build the project by VS2010, however, there are many errors such as: 1>c1xx : fatal error C1083: Cannot open source file: 'Bdry3D.cxx': No such file or directory 1> BdryPolygon.cxx 1>c1xx : fatal error C1083: Cannot open source file: 'BdryPolygon.cxx': No such file or directory 3>e:\users\tang\tang\mesh\grummp\grummp-0.6.5\include\smdefs.h(33): fatal error C1083: Cannot open include file: 'unistd.h': No such file or directory 3> SMequil.c 4>c:\program files (x86)\microsoft visual studio 10.0\vc\include\stdlib.h(598): error C2485: '__restrict' : unrecognized extended attribute 2>e:\users\tang\tang\mesh\grummp\grummp-0.6.5\include\gr_config.h(345): fatal error C1083: Cannot open include file: 'tr1/unordered_set': No such file or directory 2> MultiEdge.cxx 4>e:\users\tang\tang\mesh\grummp\grummp-0.6.5\src\logging\sumaa_log.c(9): fatal error C1083: Cannot open include file: 'sys/time.h': No such file or directory 3>e:\users\tang\tang\mesh\grummp\grummp-0.6.5\include\smdefs.h(33): fatal error C1083: Cannot open include file: 'unistd.h': No such file or directory Do anyone of you have this kind of problem?
