hi,
i have a physical field which is defined at a two dimensional rectangular region, and i have the temperature value at the discrete point, i want to fit the temperature by a spline, so can spline do it? which function of the IMSL library should i use ! i use the compaq visual fortran 6.5? regards |

for 2D use transfinite interpolation (TFI). this can be done with any interpolation function including splines.
