Hi every one.
Does any one know physical meaning of the these definition of Re:

Retheta= ru*theta*U0/mu theta: momentum thickness

Rev= ru*y^2*S/mu S: absolute value of tha strain rate

I want to know what these definitions show in the fluid flow and in different regimes.
