I am looking for software with batch processing capabilities that will read Tiff or HDF5 volumetric files. All I want to do is take snapshots of a 3D object (using parallel projection) at defined angles.
I have tried- Avizo (fails to render off-screen) ParaView (does not load in Tiff or HDF5 files) ImageJ with 3D Viewer plugin (does not support parallel projection) Does anyone have any suggestions for other free software I can try? Thanks James |
