Hello everybody, I made a quick search for past threads but I did not find exactly what I was looking for, so I need your help with the next question:
Do you think it is possible to reproduce Nusselt number dependence on Reynolds and Prandtl numbers (like, for instance, Gnielinski or Dittus-Boelter correlations) for the heat transfer of a forced turbulent flow in a smooth cylindrical pipe using CFD? Using DNS perhaps? (If you guys know of any reference I'd be grateful). Thanks for your help! |

Hi Michujo,
I know this is quite old thread, but did you found solution or hint to this problem? I also have interest in this particular topic. Thanks and Regards, |
