Hi, You should buy this soft and get LICENSE from Sandia.

I thought I had already "paid" for a license when Uncle Sam takes a chunk out of my paycheck every two weeks. Why should I have to pay additionl money for something that you and I, and every other tax payer have already paid for? And how does my company get to distribute software that was developed by the government? Do you think Bill Gates will give me Windows 98 source code and let me distribute it?
