Default under-relaxation in SST k-omega turbulence model

mb.pejvak is on a distinguished road
Does anyone know it is necessary to use under-relaxation in SST k-omega turbulence model, and it has effects on stability of simulation?

I could not find any references that describe it, but based on what Patankar mentioned in his book, I applied it and caused to my simulation converged. but I can't obtain good result so far.
