Tablet for scientific papers

Dear CFD-Online community,

I know this question is not new, but I didn't encounter a good answer anywhere on the web, so I thought I will ask it again.

The only problem is that my budget is rather tight for it. It would be good to have something under 300 USD, and that is why I am looking for suggestions.

As Black Friday Approached, I finally bought something. I thought I will post it, mitght be usefull for someone.

I bought a Lenovo IdeaPad Miix 320 2in1 tablet.
It runs Win 10 Home.

Well I bought the 1080p one and it works as I imagined, though sometimes it can be a little slow...

For a little bit more than 300 USD (Black Friday buy in Hungary, normally around 400 usd), it got me what I wanted.

I can...:
use Mendeley easily
read and annotate PDF normaly
log into my computer in the department
check my ongoing running jobs everywhere.
surf the web (up to four tabs in chrome)
watch movies during traveling. (even flawless with 1080p)

I know that this devices is not comparable to either a microsoft surface or an ipad pro, but for what I wanted and my budget allowed it is good.
