Hi guys, I am currently seeking for cfd engineer position in industries in india..i have applied for few and waiting for a return call..i have a m.tech degree with cfd project (using ansys-fluent solver and icem-cfd mesh)..i also developed 2d NS code for lid driven cavity flow on C platform few years back...in this waiting time i would like some guidance from cfd industry people out there..1)what questions would i be facing? 2)what will be the employers looking for?

Unfortunately questions can be extremely varied depending on the company. Generally however my advice would be to make sure you know your basics. For technical-based questions you could be asked about the governing equations, RANS models and their applications and CFD workflows (how you would approach a certain simulation task for example). Make sure you read up on the company and current/past projects they have been involved with. Good luck!

One thing you want to make sure you absolutely do not do is claim you know a topic well when you might not. A good engineer knows what he/she doesn't know.
