Fins of a Human powered submarine

Hi,
It's not a question about CFD but if you can help, that will be nice. I'm designing a Human powered submarine and for the stability of the submarine, I want to put some fins but I don't know where to put them relative to the inertia center. I think I have to put them far from inertia center of the submarine but I want some advices if you can help me. Thanks you, Sandro. |
