Jagadeesh J is on a distinguished road
I purchased AMD EPYC 9354 and Supermicro H13SSL-NT for building a workstation. From AMD and supermicro websites, I find that windows server 2022/2019 only are supported. I would like to use the build as a workstation (computational use) only and server features will not be useful in my case. Can I go with windows 11 or windows 10 for the build? Please share your experience. I would be very grateful for any advice in this regard!

It should work fine. Supermicro just doesn't go through the hassle of validating their server products with non-server operating systems.
