I know this is personal, space and budget choice, but what monitor size do you prefer for CFD and everything that goes with this, Catia, AutoCad etc?

Pretty much the largest screen I can get, with a resolution that doesn't require scaling. Because many of the applications I use still don't play nice with scaling.
In the home office, I mostly use a 38 inch monitor with 3840x1600 resolution. That's plenty of horizontal space, and still allows two applications side-by-side.
The fact that this can double as an awesome monitor for gaming has nothing to do with my preference

38inch? you dont have eyestrain from such a big screen?
I have eyestrain from 27inch, how far I need stay from my screen, 1m?
Is it possible that IPS LED 4K tehnology is responsible for eyestrain?
