Let's do it again.
1.Which software do you intend to use? Ansys Fluent 2.Are you limited by license constraints? I.e. does your software license only allow you to run on N threads? No, I can use as many cores as I need 3.What type of simulations do you want to run? And what's the maximum cell count? Transient, with multiphase. 4.If there is a budget, how high is it? $3700 with VAT (18%). 5.What kind of setting are you in? Hobbyist? Student? Academic research? Engineer? Academic researc; Engineering. 6.Where can you source your new computer? Buying a complete package from a large OEM? Assemble it yourself from parts? Are used parts an option? I'm looking for used CPU's from Ebay. The motherboard and Ram, I would rather get un-used. 7.Which part of the world are you from? It's cool if you don't want to tell, but since prices and availability vary depending on the region, this can sometimes be relevant. Particularly if it's not North America or Europe. Europe. I'm buying online anyway, and anyway the VAT will be the same for me. It doesn't metter, where I buy from, as long as they accept Visa or Mastercard. The last system you guys help me to built, was this. It works well, but I'm looking for something better, with the ability to update the system in the future. Like, 1 Genoa and some time after, adding a second one. The GPU isn't necessery to get. 1 SUPERMICRO MBD-H12DSi-N6-O Extended ATX Server Motherboard Socket SP3 2 2XAMD EPYC 7532 2.4 GHz 256MB L3 Cache Socket SP3 200W 100-000000136 Server Processor 3 128GB 8x16GB DDR4-3200 PC4-25600 4 2x CPU cooler 5 SAMSUNG 980 PRO M.2 2280 2TB PCIe Gen 4.0 x4, NVMe 1.3c Samsung V-NAND Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) MZ-V8P2T0B/AM 6 CORSAIR RMx Series (2021) RM1000x CP-9020201-NA 1000 W* 7 NVIDIA Quadro M4000 8 GB GDDR5 https://www.newegg.com/p/1B4-00JY-001H2 |

You show 8 DIMMs for your current system. However, for a dual socket EPYC system, you should have 16 DIMMs. It is probably a typo, but if it isn't you should fill eight DIMM slots per processor instead of four and double your speed.
