Hi,
these weeks I did several VOF-turbulence-trancient simulation using Fluent. But someday while doing simulation, electricity in my house dropped 2 seconds, and my computer restart automatically, simulation was also interupted, and need to be restarted. My machine: - i7 6900k (easy overclocked, using turbo setting from bios) - X99 Sabertooth Bios 34xx - DDR 4x8GB 2400 MHz - Dual fan cooler - M2 SSD 512 GB Problem: - Previously, I freely use 8 cores for Fluent, but after that dropped AC power, I can only use 3 cores. If I set 4 cores or more, I get this message in console panel (and even if I forced to do simulation): HTML Code:

Is it a corrupted .cas file? Maybe the power went out during a file-save.
Try a clean .cas file. |
