PC does not work with Fluent

Hi all;

recently we bought a new PC for use as a workstation running with Fluent, in order to improve our simulation capacity.

We chose an 8-core AMD FX-9590, 4.7 GHz (no overclocked) (now we have a 4-core license but we want to extend our license in an inmediate future). Another features of the workstation are: 16 GB RAM and a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760 GPU card (1152 CUDA cores).

The problem is that when we started to simulate, after a few iterations the PC gets totally locked, and we can't do anything but cut the power supply (take of the cable). In some cases we got a BSoD. We try serial and 4-process parallel with the same result, and the problem appears both, with only CPU and with 1 GPU run (using coupled solver in Fluent 15).

We returned the PC to the store and they changed de processor for a new one, and still we have the same problem. We use the latest drivers for all hardware components.

Could someone, please, give any idea?

Are you able to run any other computationally intensive software on this machine?

Running memtest would be a good idea, it produces high CPU load and searches for memory errors at the same time.
