our lab got a project and we have budget to build a gpu cluster.

the unit is CNY, 1 USD = 6.15 CNY

GPUs(tesla k20x) 20,000 * 72 = 1,440,000
Host PCs 10,000 * 36 = 360,000
InfiniBand SDR Cards 1000 * 36 = 36,000
InfiniBand Cables 200 * 36 = 7,200
InfiniBand Switches 9,0000 * 1 = 9,0000(QLOGIC12200/InfiniBand 12200/True Scale Fabric 12200)
Total 1,998,000 CNY (about 325203 USD)

The designed peak performance is 200 Tflops
target peak performance is 150 Tflops

It looks too cheap, we seem to lost something.
It's out first time to build such a cluster, could you plz give us some advices?
