Can we created 3d helically excruded grid in GridPro?

Yes, GridPro can mesh such geometries. For example I have meshed the spiral heat exchanger in GridPro. Please check the attached image.
May I know what kind of geometry you want to mesh? Can you share an image for the same?

I have a pipe and inside it there are grooves of spiral shaped etech in its surface and thereis pipe thickness as well. I m sending you a link for the paper I have to do, cos the pdf file is too big to attach. So please take some of ur precious time to see the figure in the paper.

I hope the attached image case is similar to your case. A rounded geometry similar to the image can be meshed in GridPro.
