I got a case file and it works all right in Fluent, and then I read the case file into meshing software (ANSA), and found mesh interception issue. Is this normal?

It depends where it is.
Have you isolated the area in ANSA? A CFD solver cannot see intersection. It will solve anything you give as long as the mesh quality is OK. |
