Has someone already tried (and suceed) to set up case using Eulerian multiphase model, energy equation activation, and frame motion (or mesh motion) together ?
It seems that there is an incompatibility of the energy activation with the use of a frame motion (cell zone condition panel). After one time step, i always encounter the "segmentation violation" error. As long as i use frame motion without activate the energy equation, or thermal but in static configuration ( no frame motion) everything is ok, but both activated and my case doesnt work anymore. So if we wanna use boiling model, it has necessarily to be with static geometry condition ? Any return on this ? thank you best regards |

I forgot to precise that i set up a mesh interface in my case in order to allow the conjugate heat transfer between solid and liquid zone. Without mesh interface, i can use energy equation and frame motion together without problem.
