Default creating a 3d terrain surface in Ansys Fluent

Dear friends,

I want to import a 3D mountain terrain in ansys fluent for air flow modeling.any body please tell me,how to create and import into this fluent.For reference , i am attaching x,y and z data of some irregular mountain like surface.
