Hi
Suppose we have a unnamed meshed surface in gambit and when this is imported in fluent 6.3, this would be assigned as wall (default) boundary zone Is there any way to set default boundary zone as interior in FLUENT I have a large mesh with lot of features naming each surface ,I found very difficult Any suggestion |

I don't know if you can change the default settings, but otherwise you could wirte a journal-file which changes all boundary conditions to interior (if you knwo all the names).

FLUENT will name wall (default) to those surfaces which have a mesh only on one side. FLUENT will name interior (default) to those surfaces that have mesh on both sides. In case you find an interior surface named as a wall then you need to fuse the 2 surfaces that are identical but belong to 2 different volumes.
