Default Specific dissipation showing oscillations in second order upwind

deeimproptus is on a distinguished road
Working with jets impinging on flat plate.....using SST K-Omega model........running the first order upwind initially.....letting the simulation to converge .... after that initiating the second order upwind.....problem is the Specific dissipation rate is oscillating wildly ...... Under relaxation factor are momentum=0.4, kinetic =0.5, specific dissipation rate=0.5........
getting no idea???????


what to do?????
Again this is steady case, and the solver is green gauss node based:roll eyes:
