Parabolic Velocity Profile In 3 D Pipe FLow

I am simulating a pipe flow in which i want to give the fully developed velocity at inlet in 3-d. So Can you please guide me how to write UDF for this parabolic profile.

However you will have to modify it for 3D, but it shouldn't be so hard
