Hi all !!!

I am new to fluent and I have to solve a 3 phase flow problem(2 immiscible liquid phases and a vapor phase) using fluent, the 3rd phase being water being injected into the system. I am using mixture as multiphase model. But, I'm not able to allocate the water as my 3rd phase under phases. Also, in injections, i'm not able to select the droplet option, so i'm using inert-material under injections and selecting water.
Kindly suggest how water(the material of injection) can be considered as the 3rd phase. Because in my case water injected also evaporates.

Thank you for your time.
