Hi,
I hope that someone can help me for this problem. I would simulate the presence of particles inside a chamber but I have some difficulties to understand how I have to set the mass flow rate. For my chamber I have a surface with the property of mass flow inlet and through it a gas with mass flow rate called for istance A is injected. If physically I have to satisfy a condition for which mass flow rate of gas must be reduced to (A-5%A) and a mass flow rate particles of 5%A with a given diameter must be injected, using the discrete phase model do I have to reduce the mass flow rate of the gas? Or do I have to inject the same mass flow rate A for the gas plus introducing a mass flow rate 5%A of particles in order to avoid depressurization??? Thanks! |
