hi all

I m modelling spray drying of milk i.e want to dry milk(Liq) to milk powder(5% m.c). i want to inject the hot air from side and milk from top.

for this i have added milk(liq) to my materials list. do i have to add this milk in mixture template and how should i spray the milk i.e whether i use surface group or any atomizer.
