Hi,
I am trying to simulate electric current flow in fluent. So far I made UDFs for calculating electromagnetic field by using 3 UDS (one for electric potential, and two for magnetic vector potential in axi-symetrical model). Now I would like to make same thing but using Biot-Savart law for calculation of magnetic induction, but i cant figure out how to implemet line integration in Fluent for calculation of B(r), because of unstructured mesh of my model. I would appreciate if soemone can help me with this? Best regards. |

Maybe it's already too late and almost useless, but I manage to make this UDF in 3D, nonetheless the loops are very slow. You can send me a DM if you're still interested on this.
