hello,
i try to simluate a normal supersonic nozzle. everything worked fine before i wanted to improve my y+ value. therefore i increased the mesh size near the wall. if i run it now with the same values, i always get the error Divergence detected in AMG solver: ads-0 Divergence detected in AMG solver: ads-1 . . . . Divergence detected in AMG solver: ads-0 Error: floating point exception Error Object: #f would be glad if anyone could help me br |

Hi
Are you using the density based solver? Implicit or Explicit? What AMG cycles are you running? V, W, F or flexi? Also did you increase the number of levels when you went up a mesh size? Stu |

Hello,
I'm using density based solver implicit. Also using standard V cycles and I didn't improve the levels when i increased the mesh size. I only increased the mesh size near the wall so I get a lower y+ value. |

hey, i am facing the same problem. have u got the solution with uniform mesh size. before refining mesh near wall. and one more thing it is a problem with axi-symmetric case only. it work fine for planner case.
