Hi
I am fairly new to fluent and would like to find the added mass of a NACA 0012 airfoil in vertical sinusoidal motion at different points in the cycle. I have completed a couple of tutorials and have an idea of the key steps. I currently have a mesh and need to make the airfoil oscillate. The only way I can think of making the airfoil oscillate is to use dynamic meshing and a UDF, is this correct? I have a UDF code which I think will work, how do I get the code from .txt into a .c file so Fluent can interpret the file? (As you may guess I also have little programming skills) Thanks for any help in advanced Phil N.B. I am using ANSYS fluent 12 |
