Dear all,

I need to model a gas – solid fluidized bed and I use the mfix software to modeling and the paraview software to check the modeling results. I want to study the solid mass fraction at each section of the bed but I couldn’t find this parameter in the paraview available variables.
Would you please let me know how can I add new user-defined variable to the mfix outlet variables?

Thank you in advance,
Karimi

Dear hkhosravi

I am a m.s student of Sharif University of Technology. Unfortunately, I've not worked with Fluent and Openfoam Softwares. Now, I'm trying to simulate a gas-solid fluidized bed with DPM method.
My email address is "h.karimi70@gmail.com".

Have a great day,
