incomplete particles in DPM model

I use dpm model of fluent and I injected 10000 particles. but after 8000 iteration I still have 9000 incomplete particles.does any body know how can I decrease the amount of incomplete particles and what does it mean?

Hi,
you have to increase max No. of steps in DPM model. It means that your steps in lagrangian model is not enough for particles to leave the domain or reach to trap boundaries. you can also decrease step length factor for your purpose. |
