Hello!

I am using ANSYS Fluid Flow Fluent 12.0 to solve this case and I am new to CFD analysis. I cant seem to figure out how to use wall BC to simulate heat transfer between two fluids.

I am analyzing the heat transfer between two fluids separated by a metal pipe. I am using the wall boundary condition to separate the fluids. However, i am unable to understand how to use the wall BC. I especially need to calculate the wall heat flux involved :S

Can anyone help me with this? any examples or tutorials that can be of help?

Thanks in advance!

Hello,
Follow the below link..It is about the exchange of heat between two fluids separated by walls of copper....

I am also working on a similar problem. You can apply either constant temperature or constant heat flux, convection etc. from the boundary conditions tab
