Default temperature increasing at zero heatflux wall

Hello dear
As the title, there is abnormal increasing of temperature at wall which is set as zero heat flux. So i set a certain value for the wall temp as adhoc and it seems that such problem is resolved. But I want to know why and the way to use zero heat flux for my case.
