Default Help in boundary conditions or interface

I'm totally new at ANSYS and Fluent, and i'll appreciate some advices, im getting an error when i try to run the calculation. the error i get is

dual_cell_source_term:grid connectivity information not available

i think im wrong in the boundary conditions.
